Samuel Makuza is an Aviation Consultant and founder of World Aviation Promoter, an aviation consultancy company based in Kigali-Rwanda.

Samuel MAKUZA originally aimed for a career in Aviation, a master’s degree holder in Executive MBA aviation Option and currently a part-time lecturer at University of Tourism, Technology and Business Studies (UTB) delivering Airport operations and other aviation courses.

After serving as air traffic controller up to 2004, he joined Aeronautical Information Management Services till June 2012 and thereafter served as air operations officer in United nation.
Attended the ICAO ESAF Workshop on REMOTELY PILOTED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM (RPAS) on 14-16 October 2017.
