I completed my studies in 2009, after a Bachelor Degree in Sciences of Communications (IULM University) and a Master of Science in International Marketing Management (L. Bocconi University). During the period 2004-2009 I had the chance to live in San Diego, California, in order to attend Business English language courses and to travel to China twice in order to research and execute both of my degrees’ dissertations.
I started to work in Shanghai, China, within the Management Consulting industry for a global consulting firm (Co.Export) in 2008. I became the China Office Director and General Manager in 5 years-time thanks to my excellent strategic and analytical skills deepening my knowledge in different sectors. My main responsibilities aimed at creating new partnerships, developing new projects, obtaining institutional and corporate sponsorships and government approvals.
In 2012 I joined a new venture within the aviation industry and I was appointed as Director of Operations of a global enterprise involved in training devices for the airlines’ and the manufacturing industry (Neos Aerospace Technologies). I handled the development of the admin, technical and commercial departments; I created marketing and communication strategies that were executed to achieve new market segments.
In 2013 I became the main promoter of a new marketing tool to achieve a higher visibility and brand awareness (Italian Aerospace Network), where I achieved strategic international results in terms of number of projects and revenues.
During my 9+ years working experiences in this area I have developed significant knowledge, experience and a rich network of decision-makers; I have taken actively part into social events and inter-industries activities. I have extensively travelled inside and outside Mainland China by taking over 60 flights per year, which have allowed me to establish relationships in all major markets and industries but also get to know more about local cultures and habits.
