my name is Petr Frinta. I am an independent aviation professional with 10+ years of experience in crew planning. I provide trainings and expert services in this field.
Despite being one of the organs vital to the airline’s operation and commercial performance, the importance of crew planning department is often underestimated, leaving the staff without proper training and effective procedures.
Now such trainings can finally be outsourced!
I have developed an integrated training method based on fifteen years of my commercial aviation experience (OCC, ACMI supervision, flight planning, crew planning) and on trainings I performed for other airlines. My method comprises not only the usual theoretical and practical part, but also observation and supervision periods before and after the training respectively.
I consider training to be a development opportunity, dramatically enhancing personal, departmental and company’s performance, and also creating new business opportunities. I therefore put an emphasis on development of communication skills (and soft skills in general) and on understanding the complexity of airline operation.
My on-site training solutions are always complex and always custom-made according to the individual client’s needs and wishes. Therefore I also enhance the training by methods such as workflow and communication flow analysis, CRM, project management or couching.
