I became interested in Lean Thinking thirteen years ago, when I had the luck to visit some excellent Japanese companies.
I believe Lean Thinking is fundamental to help Italian companies to unleash all the intellectual potential of their personnel.
I consider spreading Lean Thinking among my client companies first than a job, a great luck and a pleasure.
Since 2016 I’ve become author of the blog “I Think Lean”.
I’m author of the book “Pensieri Snelli, il Lean Thinking come non ve l’anno mai raccontato”
I’m co-author of the book “Lean giorno per giorno”
I’m traslator of five Lean Manufacturing Manuals
LEAN MANUFACTURING AND LEAN OFFICE EXPERIENCE
As responsible of lean inter-functional teams I helped my client companies to implement specific lean manufacturing tools (stand-up meeting, 5S, Kanban, standard work, cycle time definition) and specific lean office tools (problem solving, hoshin kanri, KPI, conwip, standard work, visual management).
I run lean training courses based on practical experience (simulation games and kaizen events) both in Italy and abroad.
I took part in four Japan study tours and I translated three lean manufacturing books from English to Italian (SMED, Kaizen, and Standard Work).
ORGANIZATIONAL AND BUSINESS CONTROL EXPERIENCE
I helped my client companies to map and redesign their business processes, to redesign their planning and scheduling process, to define new organizational charts and to define their job descriptions.
I helped my client companies to design activity-reporting systems and to map their personnel competencies.
I took part in business plan definition processes and in the design of planning and control processes (hoshin kanri and balanced scorecard)
