Overview

I am a key liaison between financial, commercial, operational and infrastructures development groups at Aeroporti di Roma. My main focus is to ensure that customers and partners receive a positive experience while they are traveling through Rome Airports.

I attribute my success in this role to my high degree of interpersonal skills, natural leadership qualities, and ability to communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to increase service quality, optimize processes, and deliver new products/services to retain customer satisfaction
• Partner with the Service Quality group to prioritize, coordinate and conduct customer service audits
• Analyze audit results and provide recommendations for product improvements 
• Work with the Customer Relations Team to review customer experience issues and develop and implement improvements
• Collaborate with the Corporate Real Estate Team to evaluate airport city projects and new terminal developments
• Advise the Mobility Group on the development of ground transportation systems 
• Work collectively with various internal and external stakeholders and directly with airport route managers and terminal managers
