• Developed, executed and managed aviation safety security business strategy within ICAO standards with a stipulated $200M budget for Changi Airport Group
• Identified key areas for improvement on security and safety systems, by partnering with key vendors, to propose IT systems in the Airport and Maritime environment.
• As an ex-ISO Chairman in the Maritime environment, ensured that re-certification for ISO 9001:2015 was a success through monthly meetings with various H.O.Ds to internalize its Quality Management System.
• Conducted training workshops with key vendors on importance of safety security awareness by optimizing on systems best performance capabilities to increase work procedure effectiveness by 80%.
• Coordinating and managing cordial relations through monthly meetings between Commercial and Government stakeholders to review and reduce safety security threats by 90% in the Airport and Maritime environment.
• Managing quality performance of Main Contractors by developing procedures that reduced expenditure costs by 50%.
