Experience during almost 19 years along which I have covered different areas that have to do with: Creating and Following proposals, Public Relations, Customer Support, Obtaining, Developing and Retaining Clients, Customer Service, Planning and Fulfillment of Budgets and Goals, and all related with Consulting Sales. Also, Gathering requirements, Designing Customized Solutions, Creating documents for internal and external usage, Presenting team work and processes, Kick off meetings lead, Brain storming lead. The diversity in my experience is due to the different positions I have had into the sales, administration and project departments.
Experience undertaken many roles acting as a leader in many different ways and companies, particularly in Amadeus where I worked for more than 11 years. Amadeus in structured around two areas: its Global Distribution System and its IT Business Solutions area. Acting as an international network, Amadeus provides search, pricing, booking, ticketing and other processing services in real-time to travel providers and travel agencies through its Amadeus CRS distributions system area. Through its IT Business Solutions area, it also offers travel companies software systems which automate processes such as reservations, inventory management and departure control. The group, which processed 850 million billable travel transaction in 2010, services customers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurers, car rental and railway companies, ferry and cruise lines, travel agencies and individual travelers directly.
Working for Amadeus I did develop my career and I was able to interact with different customers such as airlines (Avianca in Colombia and Mexicana in Mexico) and large travel agencies (as Travel Security in Chile, Aviatur in Colombia, Tije in Uruguay among others) from different countries. I had also the opportunity to work with colleagues from many countries.
