• Active role in recruitment process: interviews, screenings and preparation of tests for candidates;
• CRM trainings, Conducting ground trainings for Cabin Crew and Pilots; Conducting practical trainings and flight checks on board of the aircraft;
• Maintaining a high standard of passenger in-flight service and safety;
• Preparing training materials
